This scheme retained a Victorian public house while expanding the sites residential use by providing 9 homes of varying sizes in the existing buildings upper floors and in the new rear extension. The extension is designed to sit comfortably alongside the existing building and the project has helped restore, expand, and stitch the building in with its newer surroundings whilst keeping the distinctive character of the building.
